The FRT Series Jig Machine is a heavy-duty gravity separation equipment developed for the beneficiation of coarse mineral particles. Based on the operating principles of conventional under-bed jigs and compound jigs, the FRT series has been optimized to provide higher pulsation intensity, a wider stroke range, and greater processing capacity.
With a maximum feed size of up to 50 mm and a processing capacity of up to 60 t/h, the FRT series is particularly suitable for medium and large-scale mineral processing plants handling coarse heavy minerals. The machine has been successfully applied in the beneficiation of manganese ore, specularite, barite, and other minerals where gravity separation is effective.
