Material is continuously fed into the attrition cell as a high‑density slurry. Driven by the high‑speed rotation of the impeller, a powerful internal circulation flow is generated within the tank. Particles are continuously lifted, rolled, and thrown into intense collision and friction against each other.

The core scrubbing force does not come from direct contact between the impeller and the particles, but from the inter‑particle friction and attrition generated within the controlled high‑density slurry environment. This particle‑on‑particle action effectively removes surface coatings, iron stains, and contaminants that conventional water washing or simple agitation cannot eliminate.
