Recently, FRP shipped a complete set of equipment for a tin ore gravity beneficiation plant to a client in Thailand. The full set of equipment includes a ball mill, spiral classifier, jig machine, shaking tables, water pumps, and several auxiliary units.
The production line adopts a grinding – classification – gravity separation process to achieve efficient tin recovery and concentrate upgrading. The ball mill grinds the raw ore to the desired size, while the spiral classifier separates particles by size. Then, the jig concentrator and shaking tables perform gravity separation to obtain high-grade tin concentrate and reject tailings.
This system features a compact structure, stable performance, low energy consumption, and easy maintenance — ideal for continuous operation. All machines were strictly tested and inspected before delivery to ensure smooth installation and reliable operation upon arrival in Thailand.
