The full set of equipment, independently designed and manufactured by FRP, includes feeders, crushers, vibrating screens, LTC6109 jig machines, JT jig machines, dewatering screens, and various supporting components.
The barite processing line adopts a crushing – screening – jigging – dewatering flowsheet, designed for efficient recovery of barite concentrate. The combination of LTC6109 and JT series jig machines enables effective separation across different particle size ranges, delivering high recovery rates and stable performance.
All equipment was thoroughly tested and calibrated prior to shipment to ensure smooth installation and reliable operation upon arrival in India.
